`Art holds power of educating masses´

Nagpur: A gifted artiste can never be old, he might become a senior artiste but can never be old, since his art keeps him young, believes the retired supreme court Justice Vikas Sirpurkar. `There are a lot of senior artiste in our Vidarbha and they can become prominent figures in teaching their art.
